Instructions for medical card usage

When seeking treatment within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, John Crane members must use the Tawuniya issued medical cards, and will benefit from direct settlement at over 700 facilities. A list of direct settlement providers can be found in the right hand menu along with other relevant documents.  For queries related to treatment received in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please call Tawuniya on the number provided or if submitting a claim, please use the Tawuniya claim form.

When seeking treatment in Rest of the World, John Crane members must use the Aetna International medical card. This card contains your membership number, and can facilitate direct settlement at over 71,000 medical providers worldwide. A list of direct settlement providers can be found on the secure member portal, a link for which can be found in the right hand menu along with other relevant documents.  For queries related to treatment received outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please call Aetna International on the number provided or if submitting a claim, please use the Aetna International claim form.

Register to use the secure member portal

Registration to use our secure member portal is an easy one off process: 

  • Visit https://int.aetnainternational.com/members/registrationStep1.do 
  • Complete the online registration form and create a username and password.
  • You just need the following information to get started:
    o Name, exactly as it appears on your Certificate of Insurance. 
    o Date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format
    o Member ID (Entity ID) number, exactly as it appears on your member ID card.

Please note: All dependents age 18 years or older must provide web consent in order for their parent (primary subscriber) to view their claims online. If web consent is not provided, the dependent, upon turning 18, may register for independent access to the secure member website. For dependents below the age of 18, claims information can only be viewed through the primary subscribers web account.
