Aetna International was well-represented at this year’s Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) APAC Summit. Held in September at the MAX Atria in Singapore, the summit offered valuable interactive learning and networking opportunities for global mobility professionals, human resource specialists and related industry experts.
Our Head of Distribution for Singapore, Fiona Lee, hosted a robust roundtable discussion addressing health care’s rising costs. The conversation centred on developing cost-effective health plans to attract and retain employees and helping human resource professionals review and modify their health benefits to attract the best talent. Lee shared various strategies that organisations in Singapore are using to manage their health plan costs.
Summit participants also celebrated regional winners of the FEM EMMAs awards — the premier awards programme for the global mobility and international human resources industry that takes place in several regions throughout the world. Previous EMMAs winners and senior global mobility leaders presented a mobility masterclass during the event.
