The background
The programme is designed to provide members with useful clinical and lifestyle information to help them manage their conditions and achieve their wellness goals. Each session, which can be accessed online or by phone, includes educational advice, guidance and support. Participants get a range of tips they can use to help minimise their risk factors, decrease the progression of a disease or condition, and improve their general wellness.
To date, the webinars have been well-attended by health benefits and human resource managers and have received 75% positive feedback from attendees located in the U.S., UK, Senegal, Nigeria and Central African Republic.
Continued one-to-one support
At the end of each session, members will have the opportunity to set up personal one-to-one assistance from our clinicians for continued support in making lifestyle changes. The sessions also conclude with details of where additional resources can be found on Health Hub, their secure member website, and Aetna Navigator.
We are set to expand the programme soon to cater to Americas members based outside of the United States in different time zones throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East and Africa.
