red24’s global team will provide round-the-clock country risk information and support services to both individual and group Aetna members. Personalised and expert safety advice can be delivered in real-time in the event of political unrest, natural hazards, travel disruption, and hostile situations.
The red24 service is provided as standard to all new and renewing Aetna individual and group members globally from 1st January 2016 via the company’s new Aetna Pioneer and Aetna Summit plans – click here for further information. A year-round telephone advice and information service will be available to all members, with those on higher level plans also benefitting from an action response service providing emergency evacuation in life-threatening situations.
