- In-Patient & Day-Patient Treatment
Should you need to go into Hospital for treatment, simply contact your nearest Aetna International centre to pre-authorise your treatment and we'll aim to settle your accommodation and medical bills directly. - Out-Patient Treatment
You will normally be expected to settle any out-patient treatments charges directly with your physician. Simply forwarded any paid invoices along with a completed claim form to your nearest AGB claims centre for reimbursement. - Emergency Assistance
In the unlikely event that you need emergency medical assistance, call our 24-hour assistance centre, and we'll help you through the process of receiving treatment no matter where in the world you might be.
