When you’re outside the U.S, please follow these instructions to reach member services:
- Refer to the complete list of access codes to locate the country you're calling from. Please note the footnotes, if applicable.
- Dial the AT&T direct access code for your country.
- Dial 866-258-6680, the IMF member services number at Aetna International.
- After the tone, you will hear the automated message stating “Thank you for using AT&T.” You will be connected to the IMF member services line. If you do not have access to AT&T access codes in your country you have a choice of:
- Calling us directly at +1-813-775-0189 when you’re outside the U.S. Please note, long distance charges may apply.
- Or you can send us a message by emailing IMFCallBack@aetna.com and we will call you back within 2 hours. Make sure to include your name and call back number.
