Warning: Germany has very strict privacy and payment rules relating to medical invoices.
If a provider sends you an invoice for your care, even if a Guarantee of Payment was issued, DO NOT IGNORE.
Many providers for privacy reasons will only issue invoices to the patient. Never assume that a copy of the invoice has been sent to AP or Aetna.

Please include: Your Aetna ID, Date of Service and Provider name in the body of the email.
If you receive a chaser for payment please request a copy of the original full invoice from the provider and send the chaser to the above Aetna representatives.
