Quand un missionnaire a besoin de quitter en avance la misión pour retourner a sa maison afin de recevoir traitement associé à une blessure ou d’une maladie qui survient pendent le service missionnaire en dehors des Etats-Unis, Le président de la mission doit contacter l’IFR (« In Field Representative ») de le service missionnaire de l’église. Un formulaire de changement missionnaire est envoyé au médecin missionnaire.

Si l’assistance médicale est nécessaire, l’ IFR se mettre en contact avec l’équipe des infermières par téléphone (801.578.5775 ou 801.578.5767) ou email (MissionaryMa@dmba.com) pour demander officiellement l’assistance médicale. L’équipe des infermières vont récupère toutes l’information nécessaires de le système d’enquêtes des missionnaires. La couverture médicale étendue et l’assistance médicale couvre la blessure ou la maladie spécifique qui a commencé pendent le service missionnaire. Le missionnaire, le président du pieu et l’évêque vont recevoir une notification par email lorsqu’une assistance médicale a été accordée. e. Un représentant d’Aetna avisera le missionnaire, le président du pieu et l’évêque et fournir des instructions sur la façon de recevoir des soins médicaux payées pour Aetna.

Le président de la mission devrait utilise la liste de contrôle pour informer le missionnaire du processus d’assistance médicale.
