Look out for us at these events in October

The autumn months are a busy time for us here at Aetna International, as we continue to develop our offerings in Europe, forge strong relationships with our partners and build awareness of our brand.

We launched our new superyacht plan for yacht crews at the beginning of September, during the Cannes Yachting Festival, France. The plan has been developed in partnership with ASTTRAL. If you’d like to find out more about this exclusive plan, please contact Martyn Swann swannm@aetna.com.

Upcoming events

We’re excited to be attending various events across Europe — do come and say hello and get expert insights on the market and oil and energy industry, mental health in the workplace, the well-being secrets of successful working women and more.

From 7th-9th October, we’ll be at the Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conference, in Amsterdam. Here, we’ll be talking to the industry about how they can move towards holistic health provision for their employees, despite working in some very challenging locations. If you’d like to find out more about this, please contact Andy O’cain OcainA@aetna.com

On 9th October, we’re delighted to be one of the sponsors at the Mad World Forum. Holistic well-being, including good mental health, is a subject we take very seriously. We’re thrilled to be able to support this amazing event. We also have a delegate discount code — AETNA25 — which will give you 25% off a ticket if you would like to join us. To find out more, please contact Vicky Dymoke, Marketing Director, Europe: Dymokev@aetna.com

On 10th October, we have been shortlisted for the Best International Private Medical Insurance award and will be attending the Cover Excellence awards night. If you are going, please make sure to drop by and say hello to our Distribution and Marketing Directors. We wish everyone who has been shortlisted the very best of luck.

On 16th and 17th October, find us at the Women in Business Expo, in Farnborough, where we’ll be on hand to share the simple well-being secrets of successful working women along with our focus on gender equality at Aetna International. For more information, please contact Vicky Dymoke, Marketing Director, Europe: Dymokev@aetna.com

And last, but certainly not least, we’re holding our second Health Matters Forum on the morning of the 17th October in London for brokers. As at our previous event, there is a packed agenda for the day, including the opportunity to deep dive into some of the complexities of the market and to be the first to hear about our latest developments. This is an invitation-only event with limited numbers, so please make sure you RSVP as soon as possible. If you have not received your invitation or have any questions, please contact Emilie Herbert HerbertE@aetna.com We look forward to seeing you there — and at the Health Insurance and Protection Awards in the evening!
