vHealth, a telemedicine service by Aetna Thailand, wins Best Product Innovation Award 2020
In September, vHealth, a telemedicine application by Aetna Services (Thailand), won the ‘Business+ Best Product Innovation Award 2020’ in the Medical Service category. One of the most recognised consumer-centric awards programmes in Thailand, it comprises 10 categories honoring the industry’s top companies for outstanding innovative products and services as voted by thousands of consumers across the country.
“Winning the Best Product Innovation Award is a result of the dedication and commitment of our talented team working hard to rethink the way health care is delivered, increasing convenience while reducing the risk of transmission and lowering costs for patients”, said Mr. Damian J. Delaney, Managing Director of Aetna Health Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited. “vHealth is the only platform from the health insurance sector selected to receive this prestigious award, and we are excited about this platform’s future in the region.”
Winners of the awards, which are organised by Business+ magazine and the College of Science Research and Innovation of Mahidol University, were announced on 25 August 2020 at C asean Ratchada, Bangkok.
Dr. Jak Punchoopet, Minister’s Advisor, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), presents the award to Ms. Phatharaporn Teinwan, General Manager, Aetna Services (Thailand).
