New Aetna International awareness campaign focuses on broker and customer priorities

To show how Aetna International is evolving from the traditional insurance perspective and taking a wider view of what keeping people healthy really means, our European regional marketing team has created an integrated brand awareness campaign within the EMEA region.

What we believe

Launched in early December 2018 and running through the first quarter of 2019, the campaign will illustrate how we’re delivering on our mission to help build healthier communities around the world. You might come across our presence in online and print media publications such as Financial Times, Corporate Adviser and Cover Magazine.

Gaining, sharing insights

The campaign resulted from extensive behind-the-scenes efforts to gain insights about what matters most to our partners and their customers. That helped us develop communications focusing on these eight key topics:

  • Duty of care
  • Mental health
  • Crisis response
  • Family well-being
  • A streamlined onboarding experience that saves time and adds value
  • Personalised health care
  • Staying healthy through preventative care
  • Value-based broker relationships

“At Aetna International, we believe in strong partnerships that involve sharing our key resources and insights,” says Damian Lenihan, Executive Director for Europe. “Through this campaign, we’re giving our clients a better sense of how we’re turning health care on its head and ensuring excellence in everything we do for them and for our members.”
