Delivering practical employee benefits solutions for schools
Between 10th and 13th January 2019, Aetna representatives from Thailand, Singapore, and China participated in the Search Asia Job Fair in partnership with leading global brokerage, Lockton. The event saw an attendance of more than 500 candidates and close to 150 schools.

One of the key challenges this sector has been increasingly citing is cost containment. School management are now realising that they need practical solutions to the issue of escalating premiums to maintain attractive employee benefits within budget constraints. The schools recruiting at this fair came from a wide variety of locations worldwide, enabling our team to strengthen our partnership with Lockton, and build relationships with potential and existing international school customers around the region.
